We usually provide this service to clients that are local and within the South East, such as Rochester, Maidstone, Gravesend etc.
However, we do take on clearances that are within the surrounding area, so please do get in touch to see if we can assist you further.

We are fully licensed and insured to remove almost everything from the property. The items that we cannot sell, donate or repurpose are separated are then recylced. NOT taken to landfill.
*Please note, we are not licensed or equipped to remove and dispose of hazardous substances such as Asbestos*.

Upon our initial visit, we will discuss with you or your representative, the items that you wish to have removed, kept or donated.
As well as the main property, we are happy to clear out garages, sheds, outbuildings, lofts, cellars, gardens etc. We will however, need to view these areas the best we can upon our initial visit to be able to provide you with an accurate quotation to avoid any unexepcted costs.

Our fees are very straightforward, so you wont have to worry about any unexpected costs. For we base our quotations on a number of factors,
such as:
- Size of area(s) that need clearing. I.E loft, garages etc.
- Amount of Man power (heavy lifting) and vehicles needed.
- Costs associated with disposal of items that cannot be donated or repurposed.
